To apply to Gaul's Nursery & Arts Centre for admission all that is necessary is to bring to the Centre a completed Registration Application and a Consent Form which gives your permission for someone, other than yourself, to pick up your child.

When your child is enrolled you will be required to provide a Standard School/Child Care Center Immunization Record. These, State required, forms are available at the Center.
